We are currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager with proficiency in high end, low rise residential/custom homes. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years Canadian experience and meet the following qualifications:

–  Effective problem-solving skills
–  Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
–  Willing and able to effectively correspond with clients, consultants and site personnel on a regular basis
–  Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in order to meet strict timelines without compromising quality
–  Knowledge and application of Ontario Building Code, Part 9 in particular
–  Knowledge and application of structural layouts, beam sizing, joist sizing, roof structure, masonry support etc.
–  Experience in the application of various construction methods, materials and detailing
–  Experience with siting and grading design
–  Understanding and interpretation of zoning by-laws in various municipalities
–  Coordination of consultant drawings including structural engineer, floor joist layouts, roof truss layouts, survey information, civil engineering          information, shop drawings etc.
–  Knowledge of the permit application process
–  Must have a valid BCIN or equivalent
–  Must be fluent in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture
